You are known for pools and gardens. Why extensions?
Because it is the same building discipline, and because clients kept asking. The engineering behind a pool, its foundations, structure, waterproofing and drainage, is exactly what a sound extension depends on. Do you handle planning and building regulations?
Yes. We help with the drawings, with planning where it is needed, and with building control, and we coordinate the technical detail so the project moves cleanly from paperwork to finished room.
How disruptive is an extension while we are living there?
An extension is lived-through work, and we plan it that way: sequencing, dust protection, keeping the house usable, and telling you what each week looks like before it happens. A clean, considerate site is one of the things our clients most often mention.
Will the new part match the existing house?
